Welcome

I am a physicist turned software engineer with a passion for high-performance computing.

I received a PhD in theoretical chemical physics from the University of Toronto, where I studied self-propelled nanomotors using large-scale molecular simulation on GPUs. See my PhD thesis and publications for details.

I am an avid long-time user of free software, particularly of the Debian operating system for which I maintain a few packages. I have also written some free software which you may find on this website and on my Git server.
